What Yantra is, and the fastest way to see it work.

What is Yantra, in one line?
Yantra is an automation platform for Indian small businesses. You describe a workflow in plain English or Hinglish — “when a UPI payment comes in, post a Tally voucher and WhatsApp me the receipt” — and Yantra builds it and runs it. WhatsApp, Razorpay/UPI, Tally and GST invoicing are built in.
Can I really write a flow in Hinglish?
Yes. Type a normal sentence the way you would say it to a colleague — “naya order aaye toh customer ko WhatsApp bhejo aur sheet mein add karo” — and Yantra turns it into a working flow. You can then open every step and fine-tune it visually. English works exactly the same way.
Do I need to sign up to try it?
No. The live demo needs no signup at all — it is the real product loaded with sample data. Click anything, open a run, follow a flow end to end. When you are ready to run your own flows, create a free workspace and you are live in minutes.
What is a “run”, exactly?
One run = one full execution of a workflow, no matter how many steps it has. A flow with 2 steps and a flow with 40 steps each count as a single run. Filters, routers and formatters inside a flow are free — they never add to your count.

What you pay, and when

Priced in rupees, counted honestly — you are charged for work that actually gets done.

Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free is ₹0 forever — 1,000 runs a month, 100 AI steps, every connector unlocked, and failed runs are free. No card needed to start. It is a genuine plan, not a time-limited trial.
Do failed runs cost money?
No — and this is the point of Yantra. Failed runs, retries, duplicates and test runs are always free. You are only ever charged for a run that finishes successfully. One run = one charge, whatever the step count.
What do the paid plans cost?
Starter ₹799/mo + GST — 10,000 runs, 1,000 AI steps, 3 seats, WhatsApp support. Pro ₹1,999/mo + GST (most picked) — 50,000 runs, 2,500 AI steps, 10 seats, self-healing + priority queue, Tally vouchers & outstanding. Business ₹4,999/mo + GST — unlimited runs, 10,000 AI steps, 50 seats, client workspaces and white-label reports.
How is GST handled, and do I get proper invoices?
Plans are billed in advance in rupees; GST is added on top and every invoice carries your GSTIN, done right. Payments run through Razorpay — we never store your card details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no lock-in and no contract. Cancel from inside your workspace whenever you like and you drop back to Free at the end of the period. Your flows and data stay with you.
I already pay for another automation tool — can I switch?
Show us your invoice and we migrate your flows across free. It is the quickest way to see whether Hinglish, Tally and free-failures actually change your day.
03 WhatsApp & Tally

The two things every shop already runs on

We built Yantra for businesses that live on WhatsApp and keep their books in Tally.

How does WhatsApp work as a control panel?
WhatsApp is where you run the business, so it is where you run Yantra. Approve a step by replying, get an alert the moment something needs you, or ask “how is today looking?” and get an answer back — all inside your normal WhatsApp chat.
How does the Tally bridge work — do I need Windows?
Yes — a small agent runs on the Windows PC where your Tally is installed. Yantra talks to it securely, so payments post a Tally voucher on the shop PC and outstanding bills are read straight from your own Tally, both ways. There is no cloud copy of your books, and no other tool touches Tally the way we do.
Can a payment automatically post to Tally and confirm on WhatsApp?
That is the flagship flow. A UPI/Razorpay payment comes in, Yantra posts the matching Tally voucher on your shop PC, and messages you the confirmation on WhatsApp — with nobody re-typing anything into Tally by hand.

04 Data & security

Your business, in safe hands

No lock-in, encrypted secrets, and everything visible when something breaks.

Is my data safe, and can I export it?
Your workspace data is yours. You can export or delete everything from inside the app at any time — there is no lock-in. Connected-app secrets are encrypted and are never included in an export.
What happens when a flow breaks?
Yantra tells you. Every step is recorded, so you get a plain-language explanation of what went wrong and how to fix it. You can also add an error branch that keeps the flow running instead of stopping it — and remember, a failed run never costs a rupee.
Where are you based, and who is behind Yantra?
Yantra is built by Codelith Lab in Pune, India. We are a small team that ships and answers its own support. We are honest that Yantra is early — we would rather earn trust with the product, GST invoices and real answers than with fake numbers.
05 Support

When you need a human

We answer our own messages — usually the same working day.

What if the app I need isn’t supported yet?
Send us its API docs and what it should do — we build the connector and message you on WhatsApp when it is live. Meanwhile, the HTTP request step already reaches any system with an API, so you are rarely blocked while you wait.
How do I reach support?
WhatsApp is the fastest way — message +91 86691 17894 with your workspace name and we will help with connecting an app, a flow that is misbehaving, billing, or anything else. You can also email business.codelithlab@gmail.com. We are online Monday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST.
