Privacy Policy

Last updated 9 August 2026

This policy explains what data Yantra, operated by Codelith Lab (Pune, India), collects and how we use and protect it. It covers our website and the Yantra application.

1. What we collect

  • Account details — your name, email and the workspace you create.
  • Workspace data you bring in — contacts, messages, orders, tables and documents you add or that flow in through your connected apps and forms.
  • Connected accounts — credentials for apps you connect (e.g. WhatsApp, Tally, Google), stored encrypted and used only to run your flows.
  • Payment data — handled by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment and invoice details, not your full card number.
  • Usage and logs — how flows run, so we can show you results and fix problems.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide the service: to run your automations, show your dashboards and history, process billing, provide support, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customers' contact data for our own marketing.

3. Who we share it with

  • Service providers that make Yantra work — hosting, our payment partner Razorpay, and the platforms you choose to connect (such as Meta's WhatsApp Business API and Google).
  • Legal — where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

When you connect an app, data flows to that platform under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers in secured data centres. Connected-account secrets are encrypted, and are never included in exports or shown back to you. Access on our side is limited and logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

5. Keeping and deleting data

We keep run history for a period that depends on your plan, and keep invoices as required by law. You can export your workspace data or delete your workspace at any time from the app; deletion removes your data from active systems, and from backups in the ordinary course of their rotation.

6. Your choices

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from within Yantra, or by contacting us. You control which apps are connected and can disconnect them at any time.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Contact

Questions or requests about your data? See our Contact page or message us on WhatsApp at +91 86691 17894.
