Zapier makes you drag nodes. Pabbly makes you count tasks. Yantra takes a sentence in Hinglish and runs the flow — WhatsApp, Razorpay, Tally and GST are inside the box, and a failed run never costs you a rupee.

No card · Free plan is 1,000 runs a month · Every connector included

01 01 · The builder

Say it in Hinglish. It becomes a working flow.

Type one plain sentence — “Naya order aaye to customer ko WhatsApp bhejo, ₹500 se upar ho to mujhe approve karne ko bolo.” Yantra reads it and lays out the trigger, the steps and the branches for you.

  • A sentence, not a canvas. No node-dragging, no “step 1 of 12”. Describe the outcome; the flow appears built.
  • English ya Hinglish — dono chalega. Write the way you speak in the shop. It understands both.
  • Every step is real and editable. The AI drafts it; you open any block, change the wording, add a condition, done.
  • Test one step on real data. Fire a single step against a live record before you switch the whole thing on — free.

For example — write “Har Friday shaam ko is week ke sabhi paid invoices ka summary mujhe bhejo” and Yantra sets up the schedule, pulls the invoices and drafts the recap — you just tweak the wording and switch it on.

02 02 · The control panel

WhatsApp is where you run it.

You already live on WhatsApp all day. So that is the panel — approve a payment, catch a break, or just ask “aaj kaisa chal raha hai?” and get the number back. No new app, no dashboard to remember.

  • Approve from the chat. “₹8,400 refund — approve karun?” Reply haan and the flow moves. A rejected approval never pays out.
  • Alerts you can’t miss. A step breaks and a message lands in your chat — not a silent failure you find next week.
  • Ask in plain words. “Aaj kitne orders aaye?” and today’s count comes straight back.
  • Your whole team, no training. Everyone already knows how to reply to a WhatsApp. That’s the entire onboarding.

For example — a big refund lands at 11pm. You reply haan from bed, the payout releases, and the receipt voucher is already sitting on the shop PC before the counter opens next morning.

03 03 · When it breaks

It tells you when it breaks — in plain language.

Automations fail: a key expires, an API times out, a number comes back wrong. Yantra records every step, tells you the actual reason, and either retries itself or takes the error branch so the rest of the flow keeps running.

  • Every step recorded. Input, output, timing. Open any run and see exactly what happened, in order.
  • A reason, not a code. Not “HTTP 500” — “Razorpay ne key reject ki, settings mein update karein.”
  • Auto-retry + error branch. A blip retries itself; a real problem routes down an error path so the flow doesn’t just stop dead.
  • Self-healing on Pro. Known breakages get fixed automatically — often before you’ve even noticed.

For example — the WhatsApp gateway times out for two seconds. Yantra queues an auto-retry, the message goes out on attempt two, and the whole recovery costs you nothing — you just see “Recovered” on the run.

Most tools bill you for their own failures. Yantra bills you only when the work actually gets done.

Tally & UPI, inside — both directions.

A payment comes in, a voucher lands on your shop PC. Outstanding from Tally flows back out to trigger a reminder. No export files, no “end of day” copy-paste. No other automation tool touches Tally the way we do.

  • Payment posts a voucher. A UPI or Razorpay payment writes a receipt voucher on your Tally PC automatically.
  • Both ways. Tally outstanding flows back into Yantra — so a pending balance can fire a WhatsApp reminder on its own.
  • Nothing exposed. A secure agent runs on the shop PC and talks out. Tally is never opened to the internet.
  • GST-ready. Every voucher carries the GSTIN, the tax split and the invoice number — clean for your CA.

For example — a customer pays ₹8,400 by UPI against invoice INV-1042. Before the confirmation even lands, receipt voucher RV-238 — taxable value, CGST + SGST, GSTIN and all — is written into Tally on your shop PC.

05 05 · Honest billing

Failures are free. One run, one charge.

You should never pay for a machine’s mistake. A run that errors costs nothing — and so do retries, duplicates and test runs. Whatever the step count, one execution is one charge. That’s it.

  • Failed runs are free. Errors, retries, duplicates and test runs are never billed. Full stop.
  • One run = one charge. A 20-step flow costs the same as a 2-step flow. No per-task counting games.
  • Free helpers. Filters, routers and formatters don’t count as runs — build the logic you actually need.
  • A real GST invoice. Your GSTIN on every bill. Switching? Show your invoice and we migrate your flows free.

For example — a month with 3,180 good runs also racks up 214 failures, 168 auto-retries, 51 test runs and 902 filters. A per-task tool would bill you for 4,515. Yantra bills you for 3,180.

This month · Starter 3,180 / 10,000 runs
Successful runs · 3,180 Billed
Failed runs · 214 FREE
Auto-retries · 168 FREE
Test runs · 51 FREE
Filters & routers · 902 FREE
You pay for 3,180 runs. Not 4,515.
06 06 · Connectors

Any app. Even the one we haven’t built yet.

Every connector is on every plan — yes, even Free. If it isn’t on the list, the HTTP step reaches any API with an endpoint. And if you need a proper connector, we build it and WhatsApp you when it’s live.

  • Every connector on every plan. No integration is locked behind a higher tier. Free gets the full shelf.
  • HTTP step reaches any API. GET, POST, headers, auth — if it has an endpoint, Yantra can call it.
  • Missing app? We build it. Ask for a connector and we build it, then message you on WhatsApp when it’s ready.
  • Webhooks in and out. A deterministic, secret /hook URL you can actually paste into another tool.

For example — no native connector for your courier yet? Drop their API into the HTTP step and start tracking shipments today — then we build the proper connector and ping you on WhatsApp the moment it goes live.
